The Dr was suburb . However his staff snd organization he belongs to is not. It is impossible reach anyone to speak with either about an emergency or routine matter. No one calls back. If they do it takes multiple days and the problem is not resolved so they tell you to call back which takes another 4 days before someone responds even though you call multiple times a day. Beyond frustrating because the doctor is actually good but the company he is associated with is not!
