I am still waiting on a refund after being over charged in office, because they did not bill my insurance first. I have reached out twice now to billing requesting my refund, and i have been ignored. The doctor was wonderful, his staff on the other hand is not.

I would recommend this office and Doctor to anyone. If you want fast and friendly service, this is the place to visit! I also made note that this office was not crowded; which is a plus for me!

Dr. McDyer was a perfect fit for my partner and I. I switched to him after a disappointing experience with the first OBGYN I visited. He was friendly and comforting. He took the time to get our background and even waited for us to take our first video of our baby’s heartbeat. He covered all of the bases and walked us to the front desk personally. I truly feel like he is looking out for our best interests. I HIGHLY recommend. Front desk staff is attentive and thorough, as well. My follow up appointment was scheduled before I even set foot in the practice for my first appointment.

The doctor was so unprofessional, within 30 seconds of seeing me he told me that my mask was not going to keep me safe and there were over 200 studies proving the mask doesn’t work. He told me I could remove my ask again as I just looked at him stunned and kept it on. Then throughout my visit he was looking at me like I was crazy for continuing to wear my mask. He deals with pregnant woman I really hope he is not making them vulnerable to remove their masks or telling them what to do with their bodies. I will NEVER return to that office or recommend anyone I know to go there. I am so disappointed that a doctor is voicing their opinions like that.

Disgusted by my experience! The Doctor and another staff member were discussing politics and their own political beliefs out in the open. I do not want to see a Dr who is so adamantly anti-mask and touts around his right-winged conspiracies. Women have the right to choose and I will never be overseen by a doctor who allows his personal opinions to seep into what should be a professional environment. The most disgusting practice of all is they store urine samples without lids next to other samples in the open. Why would anyone trust this office to properly handle anything after seeing that as well? Never in my life has an Ob/gyn not carefully handled and properly stored samples.

I had just moved back to Jacksonville at the end of last year when I found out I was pregnant. After a lot of research, I decided to go see Dr. McDyer. I have seen him many times since then throughout my pregnancy all the way to my last postpartum visit. He makes you feel very comfortable and is a good listener. He explains things well so you know what is going on with your body, what changes to expect, and what any tests are for. If I called or messaged the office with any questions or concerns, he always got back to me the same day. I felt my baby and I were in good hands with him throughout the entire pregnancy. He delivered my healthy baby boy in August and he will be my doctor for any future babies.

This was my first appointment for prenatal care and it took a little longer than expected but I left feeling that my care mattered to nearly their entire staff. Everyone was so helpful and thorough in explaining things to me and Dr. Mcdyer seemed to take his time with me. I didn't feel rushed to rack my brains for all the questions I had and my husband and I both both left very happy and confident in our decision to plan the birth of our child with them.
