Zocdoc says in-network for Blue shield PPO but this office is out of network, I had to unnecessarily pay out of network fees! If Zocdoc provided accurate information I would have seen another doctor!

Verified patient
They did not honor my appointment and double booked it. Then, they informed me I was out of network, and blamed Zocdoc on showing them as in network. They said they “aren’t in network for anyone”. I took time off to be there, and they totally wasted my time. Just extremely unprofessional.
Good experience overall. No complaints
I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Savarino. He listened carefully, answered my questions thoroughly, and explained a clear plan for moving forward. In addition, both the front desk manager and Dr. S’s assistant were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend this office to all patients seeking orthopedic care.

Dr. Savarino was great. Started with a conservative approach to treatment before moving to more aggressive or invasive approaches. Patient, answered all my questions. Staff was great, friendly and accommodating too, especially Morgan who helped to get me an appointment that worked for all our schedules.
