Dr. Tarazona is a highly skilled orthopaedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Florida State University College of Medicine and completed an orthopaedic surgical residency at NYU Langone Hospital – Long Island, where he served as Chief Resident. He pursued advanced fellowship training in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine at Cedars-Sinai Kerlan-Jobe Institute in Los Angeles, known for treating professional athletes, working with teams like the Los Angeles Rams, Dodgers, Angels, Galaxy, and Anaheim Ducks.
