Office staff very friendly and efficient. Doctor Seiler was very thorough and pleasant. She listened to me and explained how she was going to proceed and why. She gave clear instructions as what I needed to do at home. Felt very confident that my issue would be resolved.

Lucky me to see Dr, Seiler the next day after I made an inquery online. She is very knowledgeable and made a correct Dx after reviewing my foot X-ray films. I will be doing some strentch exercise and change shoes that are supportive to my feet.

The office staff was very friendly. The waiting room was very pristine. The furniture was worn out. The exam room needed attention, wallpaper peeling and cabinetry old and appeared dirty. Dr. Seiler was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The office was difficult to find. I drove around in a business park for quite sometime before finding it. It wasn't in the business park! I found it after I had given up and was on my way out to go home! (sidenote: I did not have my cell phone!)

The only saving grace of this practice are the staff members other than the doctor and the short wait time. The person who checked me in at the front desk and the person who did my initial assessment in the exam room were both so kind and sweet. But Seiler is the absolute worst. First, she didn't even introduce herself when she walked into the exam room. She just burst through the door, sat down, and said, "What's happening." Uh, hi, nice to meet you, too? Second, when I spoke, she was visibly bored. She kept trying to get up to leave as she was talking. I made her stay by asking questions. But she would heavily sigh before answering, as if I was keeping her from something more important. Seiler is in desperate need of a refresher course on bedside manner. Seems she has gotten both good and bad reviews—my guess is it's a gambling game with her in that you won't know whether she's in the mood to treat you well or not. I'd say don't play that game, look elsewhere.
Made a follow on appointment.

I do not feel like I received adequate treatment. I only went to this doctor because my past one retired and I was stuck finding someone new . The experience was okay and the staff was kind. I didn’t like that I had to fill out this form all for them to ask me the exact same questions once I was seen . It felt redundant and annoying. It would have been helpful if the doctor provided a new diagnostic so I can understand whats this issue I’m having could be related to. I felt like she didn’t really know what to do for me and gave me some options on treatment. So with that , I’m still willing to try the treatment but not sure if I’ll go back yet. Didn’t feel heard .
I had a toe and ankle issue and the Doc seemed to totally exclude my ankle issues saying that she hoped it would just get better. She also did not focus any of the x-ray imaging on the ankle either. This was, in my view, a very bad lapse in judgment and was plain careless. ?
Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere, appointments well spaced out. Dr. nurse, and reception person all very friendly and responsive.

Once the Dr. arrived to my room she sat down and begin poking at my toe. I had explained to her that it was bleeding when and how painful it was, she continued poking the area where I had described and pointed to show her where my pain was. She proceeded to tell me she couldn’t remove my toenail, yet instead advised me that she could trim the sides. I had to schedule a separate appointment for that. I agreed to the trim and she headed straight for the clippers. I said are you going to numb me. She replied oh yeah. Then grabbed a freeze spray can. I said can you use the injection for numbing. She actually tried to persuade into just using the freeze spray. I know what my pain tolerance is. The toe is tender and should be handled with care. OMG!!!!!! My toes was black at the tip. Why not just take it off. Like PLEASE YASHEWAHHHHHH!!!!!! If your tired just take the lose next time geez

My experience was great!!
I would recommend her care to anyone struggling with planter fasciitis. It took me years of being unable to physically keep up with taking care of my son, work, exercise, basically walking in daily life, to finally get the help I needed. The shame of letting it get this bad was holding me back from seeing a doctor who I felt was there to help and not judge. I was very comfortable with her care I was able to get immediate relief and establish a future game plan to help tackle underlying feet issues.
Easy to schedule and friendly office staff

Dr. put me at ease right away and listened to me explain the reason for my visit. Dr. clearly explained the issue and was able to treat it in the office. I was able to walk out of the office in one visit, pain free!
Verified patient
This doctor and her staff were all very kind and courteous. I was taken in a timely manner and given the appropriate treatment.

X rays taken before I saw the doctor. When x rays didn't show anything wrong, doctor basically didn't do any further work to figure out the problem. Immediately tried to start selling things, pushed back when I mentioned ordering online or on store instead. Despite pleasant auxiliary staff, atmosphere left something to be desired. Mismatch carpet, peeling wallpaper, and broken equipment were the first things I noticed.
