Demonstrating a strong commitment to global eye health, Dr. Pham has volunteered his expertise by conducting eye exams in underserved communities in Mérida, Mexico, and Cao Bang, Vietnam. He proudly maintains active membership in the Texas Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
