Very friendly atmosphere in the office. Arrived before they opened, and the Receptionist allowed us to come in and wait. The Doctor was very friendly and informative. He took the time to explain everything and allowed me to set my own procedure date. He worked with me and ensured I understood everything before leaving.

I wasn’t going to write anything, and believe me I don’t do reviews either. Forget the fact that he has no assistant, other than his receptionist. So it took 2 weeks just to get a medication refill. I just felt like Dr Gaston could have offered way more solutions. Felt like he was just standing there well I try to explain my stomach issues that I’ve been having for years. I am not the best at articulating my illness and symptoms but I recently stop going and went to another GI (my 3rd) in the last 2 years. He’s a good person I think, but his doctor skills could use some touch and modernization. Then on top of all of that, I discovered I had a hemorrhoid and while I didn’t want him to examine or investigate (offer solutions), the only thing he offered was the removal process which is extremely painful either way. Just not a pleasant experience. On to the next GI doctor I guess.
