The doctor was great. The woman at the desk was brusk. The nurse, a young woman, did not give me her name but called me by my first name which I found disrespectful. I am a physician and teach my med students to address patients as Mr or Mrs or Dr, particularly if they don't use their own first name.

very good
I visited Dr. Bronster for a second opinion for an ongoing, unresolved medical issue. Thorough is what comes to mind. In a day, when doctors typically spend 5-10 minutes with a patient, Dr. Bronster spent 45 minutes with me asking questions, performing manual tests, and discussing symptoms and previous test results. I felt listened to and like progress towards a diagnosis was being made. I was also impressed with him while still out in the Waiting Room. The waiting room is shared by the entire neurology department and was quite full. I figured I'd be in for a long wait. Dr. Bronster came out to personally speak with another patient to explain why he would be running late. Despite this, our respective waits weren't long and he still took a lot of time with me.

Dr. Bronster was terrific! He listened, responded, asked pertinent questions and helped me To feel at ease. Most importantly, he recommended a plan of action that made much sense. I feel 100% confident in his expertise and am so grateful my Dr. sent me to him.

came away with nothing new and no plan....
It was an excellent experience. The medical assistant who greeted me was quite kind and gentle in her demeanor. Dr. Bronster saw me shortly afterwards. He was thorough, clear, and caring. I came away with a new knowledge base, and perhaps a potential resolutiaon to the issue. I highly recommend him !
