Dr. David Charles attended Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree in 1995. He then completed his residency in Internal Medicine at New York University and Washington Hospital Center by 1998. Since that time, Dr. Charles has been in private practice in Montgomery County, Maryland, for over 15 years.

He was fine but he never actually prescribed what he said he would. I called back and they said they would remind him to actually order the prescription he told me I needed, and still never did! What kind of duty of care is that where you make patients wait over a week to put in a prescription he actually wanted me to take and still never fill it?

The woman in the front office was very friendly as soon as I walked in the door. She made me feel very comfortable and found the paperwork I completed online. Dr. Charles listened to all my concerns and ordered blood test for me. I am thankful to have found a primary doctor in this area. Thank you to everyone for the amazing experience.

The staff was very polite and friendly which helped me feel welcomed and comfortable since my arrival.
At my appointment Dr.Charles was very friendly, professional and helpful. I had a full list of things I wanted to discuss and had several questions, he listened to everything and answered all. I would definitely recommend him and will continue my health journey with him.
