About Dr. David Ellman
Dr. Ellman has been practicing in the Boca Raton area since 1995. Originally from New York, Dr. Ellman received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton and attended medical school at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He graduated with honors from both institutions; Phi Beta Kappa (1984) and Alpha Omega Alpha respectively (1988).
Dr Ellman did his Internship at the Beth Israel Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School. His residency was completed at the North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, New York, an affiliate of Cornell Medical School.
While involved in all areas of women’s healthcare, Dr. Ellman emphasizes a wholistic approach to medicine. His belief is that good medicine is entrenched in a sound a secure doctor/patient relationship.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Ellman is both an avid golfer, swimmer, and a reader.

Frankly, unbelievable that I could get an appointment in 24 hours, be examined, have an ultrasound, get the results and schedule another procedure for the next week! I am not a Florida resident and this is SO unexpected. The office is incredible , the doctor is so fantastic, as are all of the people who work there, My husband , a surgeon and retired hospital administrator, was impressed by the efficiency, the friendliness and the warmth we were extended. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

Dr. Ellman was great! He’s the only Doctor that recommend me removing my fibroids that I’ve had for over 5 years. Which was getting out of control . I’ve had the surgery and I’m recovering at home. All glory to God who sent me to someone that was willing to listen!!!

Made a last minute appointment and was seen by Dr ellman and his nurse who were both really nice. The office is super nice, super clean. Wait time wasn't the fastest but wasn't the worst either. I think I spent about maybe an hour there in total. I recommend!

Staff were very pleasant. I've been seeing Dr. Ellman for years and appreciate his professionalism. I did have to wait awhile in the exam room before getting prepped. It would have been nice if someone came in to say the doctor was running late. I thought for s minute they forgot about me.

Dr. Ellman was very informative and answered all of our questions. Regardless the wait was over an hour appointment was scheduled for 850 and I wasn't called until 10. The excuse was this is a busy dr office. Meanwhile patients that came after me would just come and go.

Before meeting Dr. Ellman, I had never seen a male gynecologist and I was nervous. He quickly put my fears to rest. He's thorough, kind, professional, and highly experienced. He made me feel like a person he cares about, not just another patient. I felt he always had my best interest at his heart.
He really exceeded my exceptions!! During my appointment I had a lot of questions that needed to be answered. He answered all of my questions and my visit with him only lasted 15 minutes. Dr. Ellman not only answered my questions but gave me more insight regarding my situation. I also appreciated him taking his time with me, and not rushing just to get on to his next patient. He prescribed me some meds to try and we discussed the next steps to take care of my problems. I felt really comfortable talking to him and would recommend Dr. Ellman to anyone and especially who had never seen a male gynecologist before.
Dr. Ellman is amazing.
