All around good experience. Staff was accommodating and the Medical Assistant was very pleasant and thorough. As for DrHersh, high marks across the board. Non-rushed, insightful and answered all my questions and concerns in great detail. Get's right to the point and immediately executed a Medical plan of attack specific to my case. All follow-up testing, exams and blood work was coordinated and scheduled on the spot.

Everyone at the office was pleasant. It was my first time there and I even went back for a follow up. Definitely will continue to go when needed. The doctor was very thorough and answered all of my questions.

The entire office is friendly and professional. I didn’t feel nervous or anxious at all during my visit. The doctor was thorough and interested in my well being. Yet everything was said with a little compassion.

While I believe Dr. Hersh is a good doctor, he spoke very loudly about my personal information in his office with the door wide open. I thought about making another appointment to follow up with an issue he came across inone of his tests, but I chose to go to a different doctor, seeing as I didn't feel comfortable telling him anything after our first visit.

This was my first time to any doctor in general in quite awhile. I went because I was concerned about chest pains that I had been having. Dr Hersh was professional, hospitable and took the time to explain things to me. I highly recommend him.

Dr Hersch is not a true PCP. I'm not sure why he was listed as one on Zocdoc. I have an ongoing health condition that he felt uncomfortable treating. He wasn't sure what to do with me and literally asked me," So what am I doing with you?". He only wanted my basic bloodwork and stated twice he didn't want any bloodwork from a major health condition I have. Will not be going back.
