Hi; I'm David. I’ve been practicing as a licensed psychologist for more than 25 years; primarily utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy as an effective tool to treat anxiety and depression. As these can be emotionally debilitating conditions; addressing these issues can improve one’s overall sense of well-being; and thus their lives; dramatically. I have also more recently incorporated spirituality into my treatment regimen; thus addressing that aspect of one's psychological well-being in relation to their recovery from depression and/or anxiety.
