I had a great experience ! The office personnel called reminded me before the appointment and processed all my paperwork quickly. The Dr answered all my questions and gave thorough answers. He provided several different options !

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about their business and practices. They knew who in other departments could offer assistance. I’d recommend this group to others.

This is the 3rd visit I've had with Dr. Perim and all were good experiences. He listened to me and addressed my questions. I will continue to see him for treatment and recommend him to anyone with back issues
Verified patient
I knew the issue I was having before ever making the appointment. Why zocdoc said my doctor was a hand surgeon I don't know. We agree that I know the issue and the x-rays confirmed it.
Verified patient
My experience was very good. I was treated right away and given clear instructions about my follow up. I would definitely recommend the practice to my family and friends.

Dr Perim was wonderful. Great bedside manner. His assistant and office staff, desk X-ray tech were all so friendly and helpful. 5+

I was referred to Dr. Perim for severe back pain due to my previous provider not taking my new health insurance. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The reception staff are unfriendly and unwelcoming. They always seem unhappy and rushed, which make overall visit feel uninviting. It often feels as though they are more focused on collecting co-pays than providing a positive experience for patients. During the two appointments I had, I felt that Dr. Perim did not take the time to listen to my concerns. I explained my severe pain and the limitations it imposed on my daily life, but the evaluation felt rushed and superficial. I was prescribed a muscle relaxer that I was unable to take due to another health condition, which indicated a lack of attention to my complete medical history. Additionally, recommending physical therapy (PT) felt impractical given my current pain levels. It’s frustrating to be told to pursue PT when I’m struggling to carry out daily activities due to the severity of my back pain. The only advice I received was to continue taking ibuprofen and to follow up with PT, which felt incredibly unhelpful. I was hoping for a more comprehensive approach to managing my pain and improving my mobility, but instead, it felt like I was given a quick dismissal and sent on my way. Overall, my appointments with Dr. Perim unsatisfactory. I left feeling unheard and without a clear plan to address my back pain. I would not recommend him to anyone looking for thoughtful and comprehensive care for pain management.
It was a very friendly work environment. The doctor was very friendly, very welcoming, and listened to all our questions and gave us all the answers to the questions. All the members were quite professional and very friend.

Dr Peram is an experienced physician and specialist, an expert in his field and can quickly assess your problem and offer the best remedies for you as an individual. Complete confidence in him as a provider of healthcare, which is saying a lot!!
Verified patient
Dr Perim is great. He is caring and knowledgeable and that is why am going to this practice but the office messed up with my appointment today and instead of making it in Germantown office with Dr Perim they randomly without letting me know switched my appointment to another doctor in another location and then after I called them 100 times and they never solved the issue ,they sent me an email that I have missed my appointment with that other doctor. Very unprofessional and disappointing!

The doctor was fine once we got in to see him. Waited an hour and 15 min before going back. I did see a young man who did not make his own appointment or even know who he was supposed to see, but was told “they would fit him” in, moved to the head of the que which was very frustrating The office staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and less than happy. It was an ok experience overall.

There were two "Wilson" Lisa (Me) and Rochele, and their got everything mixed up. I was signed in and then she showed up and everything they did was wrong, and we had to rescan insurance cards. The front desk then got an attitude and said I didn't have an appointment fortunately I left the webpage open on my phone, screen shotted you're good to go page, and saved the preregistration text. The doctor saw me.

Dr.Perim, one great doctor! The one you want to see for any back issues. Very nice, great bed side manners. Phenomenal doctor! Highly recommend.

I’m glad the reason with which I came is not a major concern but the doctor was in such a rush that he was out of the room in literally 2 minutes. I had a hard time getting the grasp of what he was saying about my concern. I felt uncomfortable that I had to rush my questions about what he just said because after a minute of us talking, he went to stand next to the door with his body facing the exit and ready to leave. Then, me being still a bit confused, at once everyone just left. I sat in the room for two minutes and thought maybe they will come back since they did not say anything as they left (not even good bye, get well soon). I peaked my head out to see the nurse to ask her. Apparently that was my cue to leave. I did. It was strange. I won’t be going back to that doctor. I am sure he is a professional in his field but the purpose of a doctor is to take the time and talk to the patient and make sure they understand everything.
While Dr Perim was very helpful, the staff were not that helpful. In particular, I had a lot of trouble trying to reach Dr Perim and the nurses after my appointment, in regards to the prescription and modifying it. It took 3 days until I can send a message.

I like the doctor thus far, although he was like ‘Speed Racer.’ I wish he would slow down just a tad bit and try to smile. He is a nice looking person.
Verified patient
Dr Perim is a very smart, experienced and very educated specialist. He was a little conservative with his treatment plan however he recommended a course of treatment that follows established guidelines for my condition. i would recommend him for anyone who has a recent spinal injury. My diagnosis is much more complicated with a 25 year history of neck and lower back issues. Anyone with a back problem should seek out 2 or 3 opinions and that is my plan.
Verified patient
Dr. Perim was recommended by a friend and he measured up to my expectations. He was thorough and frank, answered my questions. The staff was considerate and professional. I will be returning.

The doctor pressed on my sprained ankle and it hurt, and then kept hurting me even after I asked him to be more gentle with it. Never had that.

The office staff was pleasant and the location was accessible, but the doctor was rushing through the exam and did not have a pleasant way of communicating, as I felt rushed and without any steps for healing. I do not know if it had to do with my appointment through zoc doc and the fact that I was his last patient, but the doctor gave me nothing, and did not even schedule a follow-up.
Verified patient
Dr Perim felt rushed when he visited with me, and I didn’t feel like I could share at length what was troubling me. Be very assertive to discuss what’s bothering you because he won’t ask many questions.

I came to see Dr. Perim for two reasons: shoulder pain and to discuss my spine disc MRI. Both conditions causing me pain. I was waiting at the clinic for 1 hr and no one called me while I saw new people came to the clinic and get seen by the doctor before me. Then, I talked to the office and they immediately admitted me to the room. Again, I was waiting for 20 minutes inside that tiny room and no one come to see me, then I went out of the room and I saw a nurse and I told her what’s going on. She then immediately helped me to do x ray. Now after 1hr and 30 minutes total time at the clinic finally the doctor came to see me. He was in rush and hurry that he very quickly diagnosed my shoulder in 3 minutes and told me he would see my back MRI in the next visit and then he left. I believe he didn’t spend more than 5 minutes with me, he so soo in hurry. I was really very disappointed since I came for these back and shoulder but the back pain is what bothers me most. I will definitely will seek different provider to discuss my MRI results of my back.
