About Dayna Canning
Dayna Canning is a licensed acupuncturist and clinical herbalist in the state of New York. She earned her Master's in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science in New York.
Formerly a landscape architect, her love of plants and the natural world carries through to her approach as a Chinese medical practitioner. She seeks to treat each patient as a dynamic and unique ecosystem, establishing balance and wellbeing through gentle methods. Whether addressing physical injury or emotional disharmony, she believes it's vital to look at the person as a whole with the intention of aligning the body, mind, and spirit to achieve true health.
Some of her interests and specialties include emotional wellness, insomnia, anxiety, depression, pain management, digestive disorders, women's health, and helping patients find ways to live a fuller, more abundant life.
In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga and meditation, reading, hiking, and listening to music and dancing with friends!

Dayna is a consummate professional. I had to see an acupuncturist following a right arm fracture from a ski accident that caused a tear in my main artery in the limb. Circulation and drainage was impacted and accupuncture was recommended post PT. Two sessions down and already see noticeable improvement. Highly recommend.
