About Deanna Massie
Deanna, MSN, APRN, ACNS-BC is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of clinical experience helping patients achieve healthier lives through evidence-based medical weight loss and weight management. A graduate of Purdue University, she has extensive experience in obesity care, bariatric surgery, patient evaluations, treatment planning, and long-term follow-up.
Deanna is passionate about providing personalized weight loss care that focuses on patient education, realistic expectations, and sustainable lifestyle changes. She works closely with each patient to develop customized medical weight loss plans that fit their unique health goals and medical needs.
As part of the Way Less Weight Loss Clinic team, Deanna collaborates with Dr. Mustafa Nakawa to provide comprehensive obesity treatment, including medical weight management, GLP-1 weight loss medications, ongoing support, and long-term wellness strategies. Her compassionate, patient-centered approach helps individuals lose weight safely, improve their overall health, and achieve lasting results.
