They kept telling me they couldn’t find my insurance and that it was inactive. The staff was pretty snarky when I tried to explain that I did indeed have active insurance coverage. I had an appointment scheduled and people went in before me I wasn’t seen until an hour after my appointment.

Excellent urgent care provider in West Dearborn. Prompt scheduling and easy setup once in the system. Taken in right after checkin to a room and saw the Dr. within 10 minutes. I was out the door and in the pharmacy to pick up antibiotics in less than 30 minutes. Masks are required for all who enter.
