I am a Clinical Psychologist who has been practicing in the Indianapolis area for over 30 years. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults with Borderline Personality Disorder. I have worked as a clinical supervisor for school-based, outpatient, and addiction teams, providing supervision to doctoral students during their internships. I have extensive experience with difficult-to-treat clients and psychological assessments. I have provided clinical services for outpatient mental health patients of all ages and conducted psychological testing. My experience spans all levels of care, patient populations, and third-party payers. For six years, I served as the Research Coordinator for our facility, overseeing all facets of clinical research, including site feasibility, team training and monitoring, IRB processes, advertising, recruitment, preparation for site visits, working with monitors, supplies, billing, and scale completion. Our research teams conducted double-blind and open-label studies for major pharmaceutical companies, as well as observational and survey studies. With over 20 years of research experience, I have applied my knowledge to examine practice and outcome data, using empirical results to develop programs targeting high-risk patients and reducing the need for psychological services utilization. I have developed programs for adults with Borderline Personality Disorder and for those requiring a level of care between routine outpatient and inpatient programs. My experience includes supervising doctoral students and providing presentations to staff and pharmaceutical companies about the treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder. I am a member of the Quality Management/Quality Improvement and Credentialing Committees. I am CISD-trained and have provided EAP services. Additionally, I have been a faculty member at the University of Indianapolis and taught at IUPUI for almost 10 years. I earned my PsyD from Arizona State University.

I received the email with the instructions. Followed them and sit in the waiting area for 15 minutes. Then I messaged the therapist and asked if I should reschedule with her or someone else. Still have not gotten a reply. Not very happy about the service so far.
