I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, women's mental health concerns, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and trauma-related conditions. My approach is thoughtful, evidence-based, and tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. I combine comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and medication management with psychotherapy techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and psychodynamic psychotherapy when appropriate. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan that promotes resilience, insight, and long-term wellness.
