He has clinical training experience at the Optometric Center of Los Angeles and the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Las Vegas, NV. Dr. Koo founded Vista Eye Center Optometry in 2009 with a commitment to helping people achieve their best possible vision—so they can fully enjoy the activities and moments that matter most. Dr. Koo is certified to practice full-scope optometry, including the treatment and management of eye diseases, eye infections and allergies, specialty contact lens fitting such as orthokeratology for myopia control and hybrid contacts for irregular corneas, glaucoma treatment, and co-management of LASIK/PRK surgery.
