Tell us what makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider.
I love getting to know my patients as whole persons and am honored to partner with them in their health journey. I am passionate about building strong rapport through active listening and continuity of care. Every person has a unique story, and it’s a privilege to be able to help my patients restore health and prevent disease.
In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
As an osteopathic primary care physician, my approach is always integrative, combining conventional and complementary/alternative therapies guided by evidence-based medicine. I strive to help patients strengthen their body’s inherent healing capacity by addressing physical, emotional, and behavioral health needs. My training in family medicine allows me to treat the whole person, with a focus on lifestyle measures, health promotion, and disease prevention.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
I love spending time with my family, going on walks with friends, joining Zumba and Yoga classes, and keeping busy with various extracurricular activities of my two boys.

Prior to appt starting, the app notified me that if I was 10 mins or more late to appt I would be charged $50 late fee. The Dr Was 10 mins late to appt but decided to end appt on time. When I asked if she had a few mins to spare bc I had a condition to address , she said no she did not have time. I filled out a questionnaire before appt started, she asked all question that were on the initial questionnaire and more. Was annoyed the entire appt.

Dr. Sepheri is an excellent listener and very knowledgable. I was very happy with my experience with her.
I do wish the platform she uses (Circle Medical) made it easier to contact the doctor directly. I was ordered an xray but it was ordered for a Phoenix scanning center (I live in Pasadena). It is very hard to reach out for help.
