“Front desk staff/ woman who took vitals were very sweet! But a bit frustrating having to wait almost 30 minutes for my appointment even though I was early and done with the first time patient paperwork before my appointment time, the Dr. even said she didn’t know why I wasn’t taken back at the scheduled time because she was “ready”.”

Getting to know Dr. Dianne DeKeyser
I am a board-certified psychiatrist with wide and varied experiences in outpatient and inpatient psychiatry, including treatment for depression, anxiety, and substance abuse, with clinical experience at Banner, Mercy and Avera Hospital systems. I returned to Arizona after having completed my residency at New York Medical College and practicing in the Midwest for nearly fifteen years. I have a passion for supporting everyday people in achieving their full potential, fulfilling personal dreams and experiencing a better quality of life. For this reason, I am excited to join Serenity and participate in treating patients with TMS and Ketamine therapies. I speak Italian, enjoy travel, and am happy to call Florida home once again with my family.

Dr. Dianne DeKeyser is truly a kind, caring, dedicated and honorable practitioner. Through all her patients she always remembers a little bit of each one making our time with her as if we never left and she’s always looking for ways to improve our mental health along with transitioning us into a better mental space so that we can live life to the fullest. Her team and her are amazing to work with, they truly do care and try their hardest to find solutions or help you out when it comes to anything you need from their office. I recommend that if your coming to their office be extremely open about your needs, wants and what is going on in your life so that they can make the correct determination to help you out. It’s not an easy journey but Dr. DeKeyser will do everything in her power to help get you the treatment you need. Thank you so much for what you have done for me and continue to do. If no one has said it I will. I appreciate all of your hard work and persistence.

Dr. Dianne Dekeyser is absolutely amazing. I had been seeing another psychiatrist previous to finding Dr. Dekeyser and let me tell you, she knows what she is doing. She is very attentive to the needs of her patients and genuinely cares about their well-being. I am forever grateful for the changes she has made to my medicines and fully support her work! I really do feel like I have gotten my life back.

Dr.DeKeyser, was wonderful. I was timid at coming back to visit because I felt I was misdiagnosed. The truth of the matter is, I never gave her a chance to help me. I’m not a firm believer in psychiatric medicine, but I have still been struggling with thoughts and emotions unbeknownst to me and why I’m having them. This session, I realized I could use a piece of her advice and recommendation of medication. I look forward to the progress I will make as well as my next visit.

This provider will not cooperate with scheduling online. Further after clarifying i would not make any phone calls to schedule they continued to spam me by text and phone calls and leaving voice mails. This provider should not be allowed on this platorm if they won't abide by the norms for online scheduling. Awful experience
