the phlebotomist was very rude and i didnt get a greeting nor instructions as soon as i walked into the office; it seemed like a very stressful environment and every patient was not pleased yet looking out for themselves. there were also complaints about having so many new patients in that day i went. you would think that the receptionists and everyone else would be very patient, respectful and kindhearted but they most likely were not. in conclusion, i’m never coming back here at all

When I arrived, I waited for an hour after filling out their form. I was called after waiting an hour to be told the Dr. is not in my insurance network for that location but it’s accepted at his other location he has his practice.

The office is a zoo. too many patients at the same time.
after over an hour, I left. this place made me so uncomfortable.
After all the signing documents about privacy and having to give names of who is allowed to have copies of my reports, there is no privacy at this office! I am in my 60s and never in my life have I seen no-private exam rooms. They had 2 (or more) patients at a time in a room to do BP, weight, etc. asking everyone's health history, relationship status, social habits, etc.
A lot of the patients seem "troubled" talking to themselves, etc.
The staff have trouble communicating with each other. The place is hectic and creepy.

Dr. Dilip is incredibly empathetic and clearly very knowledgeable, he understood I was a little shy and put my mind at ease right away. The office wait time was long my first visit but less than 10 minutes for my sonogram so maybe I was unlucky the first time? I love that bloodwork, urine, Sono, and many other tests are preformed right there! The staff is so kind and Oksana is truly an angel. 10/10 recommend!

The doctor himself was friendly and seemed positive to help me with my issues. On the other hand the nurses and everyone else at the office besides Spanish speaking front desk person were rude and had terrible bedside manner. Also the space is not clean. Ontop of that I even shared a "private" room with someone at the beginning of my appointment. There is no space to put up your items, nor did they ask or suggest something. Doctor 4/5 and everything and everyone else was a 2/5. I would not return if my insurance is limited when it comes to urologists.

The appointment was rescheduled for an hour later than what I originally scheduled for. When I arrived at the new rescheduled time, the front desk person informed me he was not in the office. I did not receive a call or any update letting me know this before my new appointment time.

Got there 5 minutes before my appointment was due, sign in and took a seat expecting to be called but nothing for like 20 minutes, I look at my phone they send me a sign in through the phone registration that's some bull crap. I did that the first time, it said
