“I couldn't hear my doctor through doximity over the phone too well but she heard all my issues and did repeat the things I needed to hear and I can also read lips. DR. Albaree was great. I hope to see her again soon for my follow up and other needs. Though it is online she recommended me to go in office which I appreciate as well. She heard my needs and I thank her for her help. She heard me when no one else was trying to help me and its sad a doctor on video can help me more than one I physically seen. Thanks Dr. Albaree for your care and an amazing first impression. I booked a video appointment with the doctor but the team only sent me medical forms to fill out 15 mins before my appointment. I was at work so didnt see them till it was almost time for my appointment. I was late 3 mins to the appointment because I had to fill out the forms that I had just received and didn't have the link to join the call, not because I was actually late. I told the doctor that I was taking a few supplements so I wanted to ensure I was taking them right and effectively. Instead of asking me what supplements am I taking, the doctor proceeded to tell me that theyre all not FDA approved so it doesn't matter how I take them. I'm not a doctor, but I thought the answer was concerning. I also told the doctor that I had recently stopped taking slow release pills because I had been taking them daily for over 10 years, so she proceeded to prescribe me the pills that I just told her im working hard to stop taking. The call lasted 14 mins when I was told she had to get off.

Front desk was a mess and extremely long wait time. Went for an annual physical but they don’t do blood tests in office. Inconvenient.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Dina Albaree. She was extremely attentive, kind, and professional throughout my visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable at every step. It’s clear she truly cares about his patients, and I’m grateful for the excellent care I received.

I do not know if I really even talked to the doctor. I asked for a video call, and the "doctor" would only talk on the phone. I looked her up online, and she is a doctor at several different facilities throughout Southern California. If you're spread too thin, you shouldn't be talking to patients the way you do and make them feel uneasy or cause them additional anxiety and stress. Where is your bedside manner? I have never had a doctor talk down to me like she did!
When someone comes seeking medical help and you state "your labs are normal," you should be held accountable when the person actually has an issue that you refused to further address.
As a follow-up to this appointment, she "offered a follow-up" with a PA. She stated she didn't have any openings the following week when, in fact, I looked on Zocdoc, and she had several for Thursday!
She dismissed me because I asked questions about my health! I would not recommend this medical office or doctor! Shame On You!

I booked with a female GP so you can imagine my surprise when a male dermatologist showed up.
To also clarify they called me morning of to tell me my doctor wouldn’t be available at the original scheduled time (that I scheduled a week prior) as she had a meeting pop up. They then asked me to move the appt to accommodate her. We even moved it virtual.
When it came time for the appointment, I received a phone call for the virtual appt and it was a male dermatologist that showed up. I was specifically looking for a female GP and already have a dermatologist so i was quite disappointed. I also wasn’t able to communicate the other issues I was having as I didn’t feel comfortable having those conversations with a dermatologist.
The dermatologist also took another call in the middle of our appointment for 5 minutes and left me there. In the middle of the appointment on FaceTime he said « I need to take this I’ll call you back ». Overall wasn’t the experience I was expecting.
