What should a new client know about working with you?

I integrate evidence-based techniques with a person-centered, relational approach. This means I tailor therapy to fit you. Together, we’ll explore patterns, process difficult life experiences, and build practical tools to help you manage stress, improve relationships, and cultivate resilience. My hope is that you leave therapy with a stronger sense of who you are, greater emotional clarity, and the confidence to navigate life’s challenges.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other, explore what’s bringing you to therapy, and begin identifying your goals. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your current challenges—and a plan for how we’ll begin addressing them together. As therapy progresses, you can expect to gain insight, emotional support, and tools to help you live life with more confidence and ease.
