About Dr. Dmitriy Richter

For self pay patients: Our routine eye exams start at $225. Contact lens evaluations and fittings are additional and start at $115. Medically related visits must be billed to your medical insurance (not vision insurance) and start at $165. We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment no less than 24 hours prior to your visit. We understand life is full of the unexpected, last minute cancelation and rescheduling without a 24 notice may be subject to a $65 fee. Appointments that are missed without cancellation are considered a “NO SHOW” & will result in a $65 charge. Dr. Dmitriy Richter graduated from McGill University and the New England College of Optometry. He completed rotations at Lynn Community Health Center, Boston Medical Center, and the Manchester VA Hospital, obtaining extensive experience in primary care optometry, ocular disease, and contact lenses. While in optometry school, Dr. Richter won the 2019 Student Innovator of the Year Award for developing a mobile app to help optometrists work with non-English speaking patients. He is currently licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
