About Dr. Douglas Lightstone
Dr. Doug Lightstone received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University in Marietta, GA and is a National Board Certified Doctor of Chiropractic with advanced training in correction, rehabilitation, and maintenance of the spine.
Dr. Doug Lightstone has been in private practice in North Georgia since 2014. Dr. Lightstone has completed post-graduate advanced training in:
• Chiropractic BioPhysics corrective spinal rehabilitation
• Scoliosis and Spinal Deformity Bracing
• Whiplash and Spine Trauma Injuries

Had the best experience. The doc listened to my complicated history and outlined his process for evaluation. I made an appointment to come back for evaluation and look forward to what he can do to assist with my issues. So far I highly recommend.

Great experience for first time visit ever. Process was great, very thorough. Very specific with the questions and knowing your full medical history. I am pleasantly impressed. Hoping to get relief soon.
Only caution: If you have insurance benefits, just know what is covered.

My doctor was kind and a great listener. He made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and made light humor throughout to keep the atmosphere calm. He took the time to really find out a good plan for me personally and went the extra mile in any way he could. I couldn't recommend this establishment enough.

We went for an appointment for my son who has scoliosis, we live in Alabama (South) and we decided to go with him since a another chiropractor recommended, the Dr's options were very drastic, apart from that he proposed a brace that is not suitable for my son, all the time he tried to make it difficult for us to do the treatment with him making the situation awkward. Regarding our insurance, it would not cover much of the treatment and we would even have to pay for the brace (price almost doble than in another places and the insurance would not pay for it and for him it was not his business) to send it to be done. In conclusion, he told us that he would call us back to follow up after an x-ray that he did and to start the treatment. HE JUST NEVER CALL, 2 months have passed, which for scoliosis in an adolescent is crucial.

I have been using chiropractic for over 30 years. I have been treated by some good docs and a few average or less. Dr. Lightstone is in a league of his own. He listened carefully to my issues, took detailed X-rays, did strength and range of motion tests, and asked a large number of illuminating questions, and is providing a treatment plan I feel very confident in.
