I wish there was someone after the appt you meet with. I had questions about insurance, costs, and when treatment may begin. I felt like the dr could only say that the office manager would call within a week. I was also concerned that the Dr could not answer my question regarding adderall and ketamine treatment. I had read that you couldn’t be on Adderall online so I am not sure if that is just another clinics rule or if the scientific data studies have stated to not be on Adderall
Doctor Ruiloba and the entire staff are amazing. I have seen progress in a short period of time. The Desert Ridge staff is top notch and would recommend Serenity to anyone. Thanks a ton!!!

I began seeing Dr. Ruiloba in mid-2023. My experiences with him and the entire Serenity Mental Health staff has been very positive and helpful. I feel that I am receiving great care for my mental health issues, and have begun to benefit from TMS & Ketamine therapies --- which no other mental health provider has ever offered or made available to me in the past --- and medication management. I am truly grateful to be a patient and glad that I was led to Serenity, a truly serene place to be.
I felt he was clear in helping make a plan in how best to help me. He wasn’t quick to write an unnecessary prescription and push me out. He asked if I wanted to try it or try another plan. He listened well and was the kind. The office staff was incredibly kind as well!
