About Dr. Elizabeth Urbaniak
Elizabeth Urbaniak, O.D. received her Doctor of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2014 and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Neurobiology at the University of Wisconsin. Her special fields of interest include primary eye care, glaucoma, and myopia management.
Dr. Urbaniak's interest in the visual system and the field of optometry began while she was working in a lab studying visually induced seizures. She has been practicing optometry since 2014 and is especially interested in educating patients about the importance of eye exams and how their eyes reflect their overall health.
When Dr. Urbaniak is away from the office, she enjoys reading, cooking, and traveling.
