The staff was professional and courteous. They helped me understand everything and were very helpful. Making an appointment was simple and the staff were accommodating to my schedule. Office hours are great because I start work at 8:30am and needed something very early. Dr. Braunstein spent time with me and explained everything and did a thorough history. The EEG staff were excellent as well. I am going back for two follow up appointments and I am happy to be going there. My medication was called in same day with no issue. I am very happy with my overall experience.

There was no need to discuss the minimal cost of my recurring prescription. Dr Braunstein has a keen eye and observes my movements as well as my affect.

That he claims I owe money but I don't think the money was taken from my Medicaid. I know Medicare paid you, but I want to know why I'm being charged when my insurance company told me I Did not have to pay for co-pays or anything with my insurance because I have Medicare as a primary and Medicaid as my secondary so I just need someone to explain to me why I owe 300 and something dollars otherwise everything is great as staff goes above and beyond to help me with any questions I may have and with my treatment thank you Jessica Cuevas ?

This visit was a referral to a specialist. I have been seeing her for about 3 years satisfactorily. She has great follow thru and her staff is efficient, especially those who do specialized testing, such as this visit. A very pleasant experience, when it could have been anxiety ridden.

My only complaint is the difficulty in reaching the emergency on call doctor. We have had issues with the prescription and Dr. Braunstein is out of office until Tuesday have been calling the on call doctor multiple times with no call back.

Staff was really pleasant, it felt like i was in a home and forgot i was at a doctors office. very lovely and lively employees, they also make you feel welcomed and listens to your ever problems. Dr Ellen Braunstein is a phenomenal neurologist and i recommend anyone who's looking to come see her.
