To her, the most rewarding part of practicing ophthalmology is educating her patients about the importance of routine eye care in order to screen for vision issues early in life. She is an active member of the North American Neuro-Ophthalmology Society, American Academy of Ophthalmology, and American Association of Pediatric Ophthalmology. Dr. Mitchell serves patients at our Gwinnett location. When she’s not working hard in-office, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and experiencing different cultures, cycling, and trying new restaurants.
