I ended up completely cancelling my appointment. The receptionist for the office wasn’t necessarily rude but her tone was very agitated with me as well as with her colleagues which made me uncomfortable.
I was patient but eventually got to see the untimeliness of everything. My appointment was at 1:30 and I waited 15 minutes with no call or notice on what was going on.
I called and waited about 30 minutes just to be talked to as if people were waiting on me to do what was needed. The receptionist called me agitated saying could I please join the link because the doctor was waiting for me… when no link was sent.
When I finally got the Link to join the call, not only was the doctor not even in the call, my appointment was moved an hour behind with no notice. I will never book another appointment with this establishment again.

had an incredibly difficult time communicating with the doctor. when going though my medical history, she needed me to repeat myself numerous times & explain my conditions because she was unfamiliar- despite them being common enough for a doctor be aware of them (even in a limited capacity). was not examined at all & left with no real medical advice. no testing or imaging done. huge waste of my time.

How professional the inside looks . It has a kiosk for you to check in and if needed assistance the MA was there to assist . The doctor was very pleasant and gave a warm and safe persona .

The longest wait time I've ever had (almost 2 hours) and the most painful blood draw I've ever had and I usually don't consider those to be painful. The doctor treated my vagina like a car mechanic changing a tire.

This is not a provider I’d return to as a survivor of sexual trauma. I felt like a Thing instead a person with a vagina. I don’t think the doctor had malintentions, but I wish she’d given me more agency in the procedure.

I was contacted the morning of my appointment to come in earlier from my time. Once I got there I had to fill out a lot of forms that could’ve been on Zocdoc instead. I was standing at the front desk on an iPad scrolling through pages of non descript information. They did not have a copy of my insurance from Zocdoc nor did they know if they took my insurance. I only found them for this specific reason. Then I waited and waited only to be seen about 15 mins from my original time when I was asked to show up 1hr and 15 mins prior to my time. Then it seemed like they in and out of my room trying to figure inquire about what I came to do. I had to answer the same questions that I filled out on the iPad again with doctor in the room. It felt unorganized and I’m sure they’re nice and kind but that sort of Incohesive stuff pinches my nerves.

Was looking ?for a new GYN and unfortunately I’ll still be looking because ?this provider isn’t it . Waited a lengthy time for her to come in the room i was waiting in .
Wasn’t welcoming , looked like she was ready to go home . Asked me questions and informed her few reasons why I’m here she said she doesn’t deal with that . She Asked isn’t the doctor i previously went to a Gyn and when i answered she said “ hummmm” ?she wasn’t what i expected especially by the reviews i read . The reviews and her being African American is what made me go .
She Wasn’t sociable, didn’t seem to care and seem to be in a rush . To the point i asked a question she was answering it walking out the door . Came home feeling like i wasted my time . Called my mother abt my visit and she said the address is 55 Greene . I said yes she said she experienced the similar issue with same doctor. Only writing this so maybe she can improve how she treats ppl . ???
