What should a new client know about working with you?

I have a warm and empathic approach to working with clients. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important agents of change in therapy, therefore I place tremendous value on making patients feel comfortable to fully participate in the treatment process to maximize the opportunity for progress and healing. During your initial visits, time will be spent learning about you - your past history and present life circumstances - identify the concerns you would like to address in therapy, and work together to form your individual treatment goals and the most effective approach to working towards achieving those goals.
