I am a licensed psychologist offering therapy for adults. I enjoy working with a variety of concerns and specialize in the treatment of (c)ptsd, phobias, panic, and anxiety disorders. I am passionate about working with people of diverse genders and sexualities, including those in polyamorous/non-monogamous relationships. I value my clients’ autonomy and expertise in their own lives, and believe every human experience is unique. I integrate various treatment approaches including psychodynamic, interpersonal, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness-based interventions. I also have extensive training in offering exposure-based treatment for OCD, phobias, panic disorder, and PTSD. Discussing personal details about your gender, sexuality, and/or trauma history can be a difficult and, at times, triggering experience. I invite you to share your story at your own pace. I strive to create a space that is body, kink, and sex positive, and invite you to be your authentic self in session.
