Dr. Emily Polak is an incredibly professional and skilled clinician who creates a warm, open, and nonjudgmental space for therapy(even via televisit). I appreciate her ability to explore, challenge, and support- somehow all at the same time. No matter how "big" or "small" the events in my life, she's been there to listen. I cannot recommend her enough!
Emily is incredibly patient and kind. I find it easy to open up to her, and I have never felt any judgment for anything I've shared. She does a great job parsing through what I say to help pick up on patterns of thought for insight and opportunities for reflection and reframing.
