The office receptionist was not very professional sounding, had no clue I had an appointment, cut me off mid sentence to put me on hold. Even if they called back to say they found my Zodic appointment I would not go if this is the way they operate from the start

While i like Dr Mompi, the front office staff is something less than to be desired. This is the third time that i have been turned away from my appointment because they said they didn’t have the proper authorization. They could have at anytime before my appointment either called me or my provider to resolve this before I drove 40mins to my appointment and taking the day off from work but they didn’t. After speaking to my provider about this, they informed me that the referral states clearly that no authorization was necessary. This is the only doctors office I have had this issue with as well. So i don’t know what’s happening.

Visit with the doctor was excellent. They could use larger waiting room as I felt uncomfortable with the closeness of the chairs. I contacted the office morning of my appointment as I hadn’t received confirmation from them directly on appointment. Initially person I spoke with said I did not have an appointment. I called back and spoke with different person who confirmed the appointment made with ZocDoc.

I loved everything from the doctor to the helpful staff. This was such a pleasant experience for a not-so-pleasant affliction. The doctor was patient, kind, a good listener and just an all around good human being. It’s clear that he truly cares about the well-being of his patients and doesn’t push unnecessary interventions. Really glad I found this office!

I walked into the office and the first thing I saw was one of the front desk ladies sleeping with her head down on the desk. She looked up at me and went back to sleep. I literally returned my paper work and cancelled right then and there. The doctor was probably great but I just cannot deal with that kind of unprofessional situation in a doctors office. I’m already nervous enough

I saw Dr. Mompi twice, both appointments through Zoc Doc. The first appointment I was in the waiting room for over an hour, then once I got to a room it was another 30+ minutes. They also accidentally charged my debit card as credit. Dr. Mompi was very friendly and great but felt rushed and that my concerns weren't fully addressed. Did a test and was supposed to have results in two days and it took five (there was a weekend though). They never called to confirm any appointments. Second appointment I called to confirm the day of and they said they couldn't see me. Glad I called because otherwise I would have shown up. They got me in two days later but appointment was very rushed and Dr. Mompi said something completely different than last time. Felt like I was dismissed and wasn't heard at all. My problems have been going on for over 6 weeks now with no real solution.

The office is set up nicely. Dr. Mompi's bedside manner is excellent. I felt comfortable in the office. Some minor admin issues. The front staff was a little inorganized. Neither of them realized I was a retuning patient and had me re-fill all forms. Also, one of the front desk staff came into the room just prior to my exam to ask me for payment. These were very minor incidents but could have been handled better.

Very pleasant staff though they were busy, they were friendly and professional. Everyone tries to visit this time of year due to deductibles so I was grateful for the last minute appointment. Clean offices and exam room. Doctor was funny and I felt relaxed and confident with him.

Dr. Emmanuel Mompi is a wonderful physician. I have been dealing with gastrointestinal issues for around 6 months now and finally feel like I have some answers. He listened to my entire history with this issue and gave me very clear answers as to what practical next steps should be taken and what tests were going to be done in order to rule things out and get to the root of the cause. It was also very refreshing to speak to a doctor that will not only listen, but answer any questions you have. He is extremely approachable, fun and professional. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Mompi was very professional and kind. I really liked how he spoke to me, felt like a real person, not someone spewing medical jargon at me.
The front desk staff was pleasant, however, they were unable to pull my zodoc information I had completed, so I had to re-complete all of the documents. The office was at lunch right up until my appt time, so my appt started about 30 min later than it was supposed to.
