Dr. Winslow popped her head in to let me know she was finishing up with a patient which was nice. She was very nice and provided background about the spine and where she was feeling muscle tension. She was thorough and was able to provide solutions as well as next steps in case there was no improvement. Overall a great experience with the doctor. Would definitely return.

Dr. Winslow was very friendly and easy to work with while also keeping a great level of professionalism. She made me feel comfortable and addressed all of my concerns. When suggesting preventative care, she provided examples as well which made things easier for me to understand and keep track of. My visit with Dr. Winslow was very pleasant. She has great bedside manner and did not admonish me for having some distance between seeing her and my previous check-up. I also appreciate her nurses and their expertise in drawing blood and making patients comfortable.

I really like Dr. Erica Winslow, she was very attentive, patient, and caring. I felt very comfortable like I’ve known her all my life. A lot of the Doctors these days act like they don’t have time for their patients, but Dr. Winslow wasn’t like that at all. She spent time with me and told me the plan with my health and asked was that okay. She explained everything out to me. Never talk down to me or use those big words that no one understand but other doctors. I really felt in good hands. I will highly recommend her.

I came for an appointment at 5:30 pm. I was on time and had signed in ahead of time. The nurse was kind and helpful; she gave me a phone charger so I could send bloodwork on my phone.
After about 30 minutes of waiting, the nurse told me that Dr. Winslow had inexplicably decided to see a patient that had arrived after me as a walk-in or double-book. Despite the nurse informing her that I had arrived first, Dr. Winslow had me move to another room so that she could see this patient first and use the ear exam equipment.
I then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes before I had enough and decided to leave. I had to wait an hour in total. Dr. Winslow was using the door of this second room that I was in to give the patient who had taken my place in line an eye exam. If I had continued to wait, I would've been there past 7pm - the time the practice closes - without receiving care.
