Dr. Balbuena was very warm and friendly. She was very relatable and knowledgeable which helped put me at ease. I would recommend her to family members as she was great.

I had checked in online and they didn’t have the forms so I had to re-fill them out at the office. Then I was first seen by a PA student which is fine but I explained my situation to her and then the doctor came in and I had to re-explain everything to her so that was annoying.

She was extremely nice as was the doctor who owned the clinic. After the exam I was told to wait in the room and a nurse would come get me. I waited 30 minutes and no one came. I left the exam room and walked to the front desk. I said to the person working, the desk that no one came to get me so I guess I won’t give a urine sample and just leave. She replied “Ok”. So I left. I thought I was going to be happy at this practice but now I won’t be returning and have to make an appointment elsewhere. Because I did not get my test and did not get all the information I needed. Very unfortunate. But I won’t be treated this way.
I should never have been made to sit that long waiting for someone to give me a cup to pee in. I don’t care how busy anyone is but the front desk person is the larger issue here and why I will not return.
