I can help you develop greater insight into your patterns and the stories you tell yourself alongside creating the change you want to see in your life. We’ll find a balance between reflection and action. I get it. I’ve also chased the next credential, title, and qualification. The pace was exhausting, and I felt unfulfilled. It’s an ongoing practice to root down and find stillness, and it’s so worth it. The joy I find from connecting to my true nature and being able to hold space for others to do the same is beyond words. I want that ease and purpose for you too. When you work with me, you get a whole-hearted human and not a blank slate. I have a loud, cackling laugh and very expressive face. Yes, we’ll laugh together in therapy! I believe in telling clients what I’m thinking, but you’d know regardless because my face says it all. Most importantly, I’ll show up with all the warmth and love, because I’ve been there too.
