Dr Tako is an incredible doctor. Best bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. Unfortunately, his office staff and the experience with the staff is never as on point. They never update my file and constantly ask them same questions about my medical history that my file should give them the answers to including not updating old script usage, etc. It’s also impossible to get a call back from the office regarding booking apts, questions, etc.

If you like strictly business, then Dr. Tako is for you. I felt he was almost too professional that he lacked compassion. He was very rough with me, and his bedside manner was on the direct and stern side rather than being warm and welcoming.

Dr.Tako took me as a new patient right away -no waiting for 2-3 months out with other gynecologists when I needed to see a gynecologist as soon as possible. He listened to me well and explained clearly what the next step is.
I would definitely see him even though he is a bit far but was worthy.

I walked in feeling extremely uncomfortable and in a lot of pain. Dr. Ernest Tako was the only doctor with the earliest available appointment, and I’m so grateful he was able to see me. He recognized the urgency of my situation and took action immediately. His professionalism, care, and quick response truly made a difference for me. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to this office. Everyone, from the reception staff to the assistants, was kind, helpful, and compassionate throughout my visit.

I was very nervous for this appointment as I had never been to an OBGYN before and was experiencing unexplained bleeding. I had found this practice through doc doc and scheduled first available appointment I could find. My experience with Dr. Tako was amazing and he listened to all my concerns first, went over medical history and my medications. I brought my cycle tracking pdf and he looked at it and went over details I felt were important. He performed a sonogram (which I’ve never had before) and I was so nervous for it however he made me feel eased and calm throughout the exam and prioritized my comfortability and modesty throughout. During the imaging I was able to see it on a TV screen and he illustrated those findings in real time and explained in depth his working diagnosis and next steps. I am so glad I chose to come here and am confident I found a great doctor. Highly highly recommend.

Dr. Tako was great. Didn't waste my time with repetitive questions. He took his time and listened to my concerns and prior history. I was unsettled by the wait time, unfortunately. Arrived early, completed my paperwork online and still waited for 30+ minutes to be seen. I confirmed my appointment at least 4 times and was not told until I was on my way to the appointment to arrive 30 minutes early.
