Doctor Malik is very unprofessional. He doesn’t know how to respect and talk politely to his patients. He has a attitude.

Office is not a traditional orthopedic treatments and none of the procedures recommended are covered by insurance.

Dr. Malik was right on time for my appointment and took the time to answer all my questions which is rare these days.
Extraordinary impressive office with highly detailed staffing to match.
Got my injection, but think they want to get me involved with Chiro and everything. Not gonna happen.

Great practice and got in super quick when I needed it!
The entire staff is so friendly and very professional.
I scheduled an appointment expecting to be seen by a doctor, but when I arrived, I was only seen by a nurse. She did not prescribe any pain medication and did not order an MRI. Only a few minor tests were done, and I was told that during a next visit they would decide the best treatment, even though I was in a lot of pain and had not been evaluated by a physician. I later called to confirm whether my second appointment would be with the doctor, and I was informed that it would not be. From the beginning, my intention was to be evaluated and treated by a doctor. For this reason, I will not be returning to this clinic.**

I drove almost 2 hours to get there, I saw 3 people and they said I will see the doctor but at the End , I didn’t see him, I didn’t get any prescriptions, my shoulder was hurting me and I was crying, she didn’t even talk to me about medecine or relief.she asked me to do MRI tomorrow and book another appointment for another day. Please next time, be honest on the beginning and said you will not see the doctor. Their concern is to check if my treatment will be covered by the insurance!!!!! Bad choice and waste of time

I waited almost 30mins only to been seen by a case manager and told that the doctor doesn’t treat patients the day you are seen, that you have to come back for treatment. Paying to see a doctor and then being refused treatment until the next visit is ridiculous. I left before seeing the doctor. They really should let it be known that they will exam you but they will not treat your issue after diagnosis until you come back. Never in my life have I been told the Dr won’t treat an injury until your second visit.

I didn’t even get to see dr.Malik and I still paid my copay. I got some random X-RAY done for a shoulder strain to rule out arthritis. But I was not even worked on. I don’t recommend this place for anyone looking for a real solution

The facility and staff are so welcoming. The staff and their processes to communally complete your care plan and share information is so reassuring. I saw existing patients from their 20s all the way to their 70s and all of them were excited to be greeted by the physical therapist! Jessica the NP I worked with was a pleasure to speak with. thorough, and an amazing listener. They arrange a follow up appointment with 2 days to share my care plan after reviewing my file as a team.

It was nice office

Waste of time. I thought I booked an appointment to see the doctor/specialist, but this felt more like a factory where their goal is to sell you on treatments not covered by insurance. The staff was friendly, but after being passed around to a case manager to a PA who only confirmed the injury I knew I had to a X-ray technician I quickly realized that I would not be receiving the care I was looking for. I didn't even bother with the follow up appointment to avoid being passed around again and will just look for another doctor.
Verified patient
Horrible, cancelled follow up appointment 40 minutes beforehand which left me without meds for the long holiday weekend, and without knowing results of X-ray until cancelled appointment. Later, for new doctor, they could only provide PDF of X-rays because they cannot get their system to burn cd/dvd. Sounds like they need to get a new system in place that works! I wish I had read reviews before booking; I’d never go back.

This doctor is too busy to see his patients. On my first visit, the staff took my X-Ray after making me wait for an hour and 30 minutes. I was called for a follow up with the doctor once he reviewed the x-ray and “Studied my case.” For my follow up appointment, the doctor never showed. Instead he send a case manager who’s showing me pictures from Google, on how my knee should be and how it looks on the X-Ray. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY.
Verified patient
Very helpful and kind, they know what they are doing and my entire experience was very pleasant. Very quick to respond and no issues rescheduling if need be.

He didnt even take my concerns serious. He didnt give any type of treatment. He brushed my thoughts under a rug and just ordered the test that confirmed what he thought the diagnosis was. I already had a first diagnosis. I needed a second opinion. He wouldnt even run all test that i requested. Now 2 days later my elbows and knees are inflamed, hurting and i can barely walk. He all about accumilating the most (Cha-Ching) for each visit.
Excellent atmosphere friendly and informative staff. From the time I arrived until I left the staff was warm and very helpful. The Doctor addressed all my concerns. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Malik is overbooked and always in a rush. I was recommended to get PRP+prolozone after 1st line treatments failed to work and all I was told was it'll help a lot and it's very good. I kept pressing on to ask for more information like what is the efficacy and he just repeated himself "very good". I asked about risks and he was very vague and dodged it. I had to ask how long does it last and how does it exactly help my healing. Shouldn't that be told to patients upfront? I shouldn't have to ask for that information. I found out some people have to get booster shots after ~3months. well that would have been important to know because my insurance doesn't cover PRP and it's not affordable for me. Then I was given an info packet about PRP that shows how amazing it is but still doesn't go over the questions I asked Dr. Malik. Patients need all the info to make the best informed decisions for their bodies. I left the office still confused bc patient education is like a sales pitch here.
Great place

Sharing this feedback from the mom of a new patient perspective. As a mom of a soccer player with an injury, I hoped to provide my son the best clinical care. Our 2nd visit to AIM as we waited to receive MRI results, we were met a case manager where she shared results and began the "sell" of treatments. I was shocked a non-clinical person reviewed results & treatment plans w/ my son and I. In fact, when I asked about # of grades of a strain, she googled the scale. Again, still NO clinical feedback from anyone. Then the big pitch, she referred to celebrity athletes who received PRP therapy including Kobe Bryant (God rest his soul), Tiger Woods... I could not believe she referenced Kobe Bryant. The final pitch of out of pocket cost 2k+ "we'll see how your son responds". I work with healthcare providers everyday& this felt more like a used car place not a sports treatment center at all. Shame on Dr Malik and his pseudo team for playing on the heart strings of athletes and their parents.

I came in for shoulder pain and had two orthos give me a detailed lookover. They were incredibly friendly and emphasized that they wanted my treatment plan to be a collaborative discussion. I felt like my point of view as a patient was valued.

When I came for the first time I was using a wheel chair, the pain was so bad that I could walk for more than 15 minutes. I'm a new person. The front desk girl is amazing funny and very personal. Thank you everyone.
