“My toddler and I’s experience today at fastmed urgent care was beyond anything I had expected the visit to be. As soon as we got there the receptionist was so friendly and quick in checking us in and my son is nonverbal autistic and finds rooms and new environments to be very overwhelming. Well she handled him like a pro and put on a favorite movie on the TV and made us comfortable and feel very welcomed and so did all the nurses & staff as well as took turns in making friends with him giving him snacks and popsicles & finding anyway they could support him in feeling better& happy. nurses chatting with me made me feel more comfortable as well. And that is so very rare to find in an environment anymore that treats their clients and patients as if they were a friend but kept it very professional! In the end it was one of the best encounters we’ve ever had& so welcoming & we spent alot of time in doctors offices and appointments in our lifetime. Highly recommending to friends&family??”

Despite the website and google showing that they were open, and their website allowing me to make an appointment, they were not open. There was a sign on the door stating "THIS CLINIC IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED" and directing you to seek care at the Lenoir or Wilkesboro offices.
