“Pleasantly surprised, had never been there before, no idea how it all worked. It worked very well. Not sure what all they do there, but would recommend trying there for multiple reasons. Surprised that they took insurance as well. ”

“The office location was close to where I lived. Making the same day appointment (on a Saturday) was fairly easy and straight forward. When I got to the office (which only had 3 people ahead of me) the lady confirmed my appointmet, took my info and within 10 minutes I was set up.
After that, I waited about 30 minutes before I was brought inside where a doctor's assistant confirmed my info and took my vitals. Then I waited about another 30 minutes when the doctor saw me. He asked questions about my health issue, listened to what I said and then we discussed what to do about it. He made his recommendation, had a prescription issued and I left. From beginning to end, the whole process took about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
I thought they did a very good job and I would recommend them.”

The receptionist was great, the medical assistant was thorough, my appointment time was when I was seen, the PA was friendly, very knowledgeable and discussed the treatment well. I have been to this clinic before about 3 years ago and had a similarly stellar experience. It was the first place I thought of when I needed to be seen on the weekend when my doctor’s office is closed. Timely, thorough, kind and knowledgeable, what else could I ask for.
