About Fastmed Urgent Care Wilson
For more than 20 years, FastMed has served as the front door of healthcare for North Carolina communities. Our mission is to provide patients with the best end-to-end healthcare experience in terms of quality, accessibility, empathy, and affordability.
In 2024, a North Carolina-based health insurance company acquired all North Carolina FastMed locations. This enables two North Carolina companies with shared values to work together to fortify healthcare capacity in the state, so North Carolinians have access to critical points of quality, affordable care. While FastMed and this company operate independently, we collaborate, all with the goal of enhancing the patient and team member experience.
FastMed is committed to compassionate hospitality – that patients should be treated the same way we would welcome guests into our home. We are looking for team members who are dedicated to continuing this tradition by going above and beyond to deliver an exceptional experience for our patients.

Most relevant
I have only had good experiences with staff physician, assistance, and doctors at this location. I will probably visit a different location next time due to the appointment booking problems. Multiple sites seem to be booking at the same time and the appointments are booked five minutes apart when the office cannot handle that many patients. We waited over two hours for a scheduled physical.

I would probably go else where. Get beside manners were pleasant. However I went to urgent care because I had injured my foot and x-ray confirmed a broken big toe. I was given a roll of koban and sent on my way. Told to follow up with ortho in 2 weeks.
