This is my second time seeing Dr Moises and what a talent physician he is. As a Registered Nurse I am not only very savvy when it comes to care but also firm with high expectations for my practitioner. Dr Moises ticks all of the boxes. He is talented, explains things very well, an excellent communicator and exceptional kind He solved my issue during my appointment and followed up with a previous issue I had had. A great experience. The office staff are all extremely polite and friendly. All in all a very pleasant visit

The appointment was fine, but they should really step up their IT.
It s unacceptable to call me before the appointment when I have asked ZocDoc to text/email only, especially when there is nothing special to tell me.
It is unacceptable to have me fill forms for 15 minutes in the Dr's office: First off, everything I wrote there is available to ZocDoc, with my permission to share it with providers I have an appointment with. Get that information from ZocDoc. Even if you want new information, ask that through ZocDoc. Covid has taught us all we can do this at home. In particular, it is unaccpetable that you need my insurance card that you already have from a previous visit.
It is unacceptable that your iPad electronic form does not accept the apostrophe in my name.
It is unacceptable that the pharmacy search does not interface with the Google map view to allow me to click on my CVS that's a 15-minute walk from the office.
The Dr is great, but the office experience is from the stone age.

Dr. Fran Cook-Bolden was very kind, courteous and professional. She listened to my issue and gave me a clear course of action to follow. I’m excited and will see her again in 6 weeks for a follow up visit!
