“i must say the whole experience was very enjoyable. the staff the assistants and doctors were all amazing. it was possibly the nicest and most professional doctors appointment i ever had. i highly recommend them to everyone. you will leave with a smile. and this is coming from someone who really doesnt like going to any medical related places and has always avoided making medical appointments.

I'm so frustrated with the service. I booked my appointment and waited for nearly an hour before they finally told me my insurance was out of network. I also called twice to see what was going on. On the second call they finally told me my insurance wasn't accepted. Better communication needs to be had here.

My insurance allows me to have free annual physicals and this office gave me such a hard time and refused to refund my money, threatened to cancel my appointment, and charged me extra than what my plan provides for my follow up visit. The wait time was 2 hours during this next visit and I had absolutely nothing wrong with my physical report. No clear communication and such a rip off going to this office.

For my first time ever making an appointment for myself and figuring out the process the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Although co-workers accents are heavy and sometimes hard to understand, they remained very sweet and polite throughout my entire experience.

I didn’t even get to see the doctor. Worst doctors office I’ve ever stepped foot in. Had to fight with them to get my blood test results sent to another doctors office. If you are booking on ZocDoc there’s a reason they have SO MANY appointments available. Do yourself a favor and do not even think about booking an appointment here.

I spent 20 minutes doing intake paperwork, followed by being brought in to sit and wait in a room, thinking I was about to be seen But the receptionist was telling me, unclearly that I needed to call my insurance to get something worked out and I had no idea what she was talking about. I showed my insurance information and ZocDoc confirmed that they took my insurance, but she then said that I would be billed in amount three times as much as the copay indicated on my insurance card, this was after more than half an hour of waiting and filling out paperwork.

The wait was a bit long but well deserved as the doctor was very thorough and took time to let me understand the cause of the problem

Not sure where to begin. I will say this though, I paid my copay an hour and a half after I arrived just to avoid the no show fee. I then left. 14 patients in waiting room when I arrived and 2 people were called back the entire time I was there. Very hot in the waiting area.

I would absolutely go back! Providers were so kind and knowledgeable! Everyone was extremely intelligent and competent which is rare to find. They allowed me to make decisions and did not force anything on me. They were extremely respectful of my self pay status and did their best to make sure I was aware of the bill I would receive. Don't let the older decor fool you, this place had top notch service!
