“Dr. Anselmo was amazing! I was there for a 2nd opinion for hair loss as I felt the total picture of my condition was not fully assessed by my previous derm office after 6 months. Dr. Anselmo was very friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and went over the history and photos I had sent earlier. He did a thorough and gentle exam and noted issues not brought up before. He suggested medication changes based on medications I was starting for other conditions, and also prescribed a newly approved drug for my recalcitrant seb derm.
The staff were also very pleasant and friendly in person and over the phone. When I called asking how to send some of my history, labs, and photos over, they were very kind in letting me know how to do that.
Dr. Anselmo listened to all of my concerns, explained what he was seeing, and was patient with any questions I had. I would highly recommend him as a dermatologist to anyone else, and look forward to seeing him again in the future as needed.”

Dr Anselmo has a lovely demeanor, is very knowledgeable, and educated me potential risks for certain cancers because I have many moles on my body. I will be returning to him yearly to get my moles checked and for any other dermatologic concerns.

Dr. Anselmo was very thorough and educated me on what was happening with my skin. He showed me pictures, let me see what he saw through his magnifier and explained things. He was very reassuring and helped me understand the what, when, and why for things in the treatment plan. I highly recommend Dr. Anselmo for his bedside manner, competency and thoroughness. Most dermatologists I have seen are very quick and seem ready to get me out of the office. Sometimes I question if they even looked at me thorough enough for an annual skin check. Dr. Anselmo was the opposite experience.

Office is clean and quiet. Doctor's assistant was helpful in preparing the procedure before and after meeting with doctor. Dr. Anselmo analyzed the problem meticulously, and accordingly proposed a proper treatment, which was easy to understand and made patient feels trusted under his care.

After my very short wait for my appointment, Dr. Anselmo gave a thorough skin survey with a clear explanation of any potential issues on my skin. We talked about options and follow-ups, and he answered all my questions clearly and to the level of detail that I wanted. Definitely will be going back for future visits.
The only issue I had was that the prescription did not get sent the same day, and it was difficult to get back to a live person at the office number - had to leave a voice mail 3 times before getting a call back.
