Getting to know Dr. Gali Goldwaser

My practice is focused on those suffering from anxiety, depression, chronic pain, life transitions, divorce, separation, relationship issues, insomnia, occupational and work challenges, and stress management. I can help you feel better rapidly using a direct, but yet warm style to facilitate change and achieve your goals. I am also a pain specialist offering clinical hypnosis/hypnotherapy for chronic pain management (e.g., fibromyalgia, low back pain) and a broad range of other clinical issues. I have a doctorate from Colorado State University, and have a proven track record of helping thousands of people live their best lives while regaining control. If you are ready to make a change now, book an appointment with me, and together we will develop a plan tailored to your needs. I accept a variety of insurances as well as credit or debit cards. If you have PPO insurance that is not listed, I can provide the necessary paperwork for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.

What should a new client know about working with you?

During our initial visits, we will explore what the main issues are that holding you back, and we will collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get back to living the best life possible. Most of my patients quickly find a greater sense of control over symptoms and stress, feel like they can improve their quality of life, and begin living a more fulfilling life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use a wide range of modalities and techniques that are fine-tuned to your needs. I don't believe in a "one size fits all," but rather tailor the treatment to your specific situation. We will discuss what has been keeping you from being the best version of yourself, what symptoms you have been experiencing, and which diagnosis (if any) may best apply to your experience. We will then formulate a treatment plan together and get to work as soon as possible (ideally on day one). My goal is to help get you relief as quickly as possible, so you can "get out of your head" and start living again.

I was a patient of Dr. Goldwaser for well over a year throughout the toughest times of my life and although I have been no stranger to therapy, Dr. Goldwaser’s experience and expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy allowed me to look at my life situation differently and make the best decisions possible all while I was suffering tremendously in many areas of my life from chronic pain to situations that I had no control over. Dr. Goldwaser became more than a therapist to me over the years and I honestly could count on him as an older brother who not only listened diligently but also gave me Life Changing advise that saved my life over and over again! I highly recommend Dr. Goldwaser to any patient who wants to experience true CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
