I had to wait more than an hour for my appointment after showing up early, as told. There were many other women, including a pregnant young lady, who waited there for longer than I did because the office never checked her in.
This was my first time with an OBGYN, and I was extremely nervous, and the assistant and doctor were extremely rushed, not making it a pleasant experience. I did not feel comfortable. The doctor did not listen to the concerns of my reason for the appointment, cutting me off and rushing the appointment after everything. I do not feel like I was given the time and care meant for after I waited for so long and paid what I did.
Clearly a disorganized and rushed space, I will not be returning and do not recommend it if you want quality care and to be respected as a patient.

I called to be sure I was scheduling an annual OBGYN + pap screening, then booked through Zocdoc. The front desk attendant asked for my name several times and checked the computer and asked how I had booked and had a very hard time looking me up, but I could see my name clearly written on the clipboard in front of her. I then hand copied the paperwork I had prefilled online and waited to be called back. The doctor did the pap, spent less than 3 minutes with me (I timed it), and was not open to a conventional visit. I left the office confused and disappointed

Lady at the front desk was rude and condescending. The ultrasound machine was old and out of date, I could barely see the baby. They requested I come back the next day for better imaging and measuring of the baby and had an attitude when I told them I couldn’t take time off work on such short notice. The only available appointments they had were mid day. I won’t be returning

My first time seeing this doctor, and usually I’m pretty nervous visiting doctor offices. I went for an ongoing concern I had, but when I was explaining it to her I felt like I was stupid and she seemed like she wanted to hurry up my appointment. I did not feel comfortable or reassured, in fact I felt frustrated (details related to my personal health situation). Only reason im returning is because of the follow ups.

I get the feeling that the doctor is not competent for some reason. I had an OBGYN in Ventura before moving to Riverside. The level of care, attentiveness, and information provided at this office was terrible compared with my previous office. But the wait time was only 30 minutes. At my previous office it was more like 45- 1 hour.

DON’T visit Dr. Patel. Her office charged me well over my copay, she didn’t listen to my concerns due to whatever rush she might have been in, and she spoke to me like I’m an idiot. On top of that, doctor ordered blood testing and an ultrasound and wanted to schedule a follow up for a week later. I made an appointment for two weeks later. You’d think that’d be enough time to get my results in order and whatnot, right? I guess not! They charged me a pink bill to hand me a copy of results Labcorp had sent an hour after blood draw and to wait 20 minutes for my ultrasound results which I couldn’t even have a copy of because they weren’t official. I was told they’d call me once receiving the official ones but it’s been a week already. This doctor is a joke and her office is just out for your hard-earned bread.
The receptionist is lovely though. She’s very kind.

When doctor just want to say there is nothing concerning about reports there is no need to setup another appointment and could have been done over the phone. It was our follow-up appointment and the doctor just came in the room and said there is nothing to worry about your reports but we should get checked next year. She was not even courteous to explain what we asked for.

Was grateful to get an appointment within days but wait time was 90 minutes. Office was warm. Guest had to ask to turn on AC. Patient walked in 75 mins late and still got helped and skipped everyone waiting. Doctor was dismissive. Spent a whole 30 seconds with me. I will not return. Receptionist was exceptionally helpful and kind though. The only positive from this office.

They took over two hours to see me. They pulled other patients in before me that had appointments after me. The women around me who were new patients also had to wait a few hours. Not sure why I was seen last after all of them, but my appointment lasted about 5 minutes, and they never contacted me again with the results of my test

went here for a 6 week post partum check up, and the doctor didn't check anything. she just came in the room asking what birth control I want to go on now that I'm not pregnant anymore. when discussing birth control I asked about side effects of different types, and she told me there are no side effects for any of the birth control options, then had me sign a waiver saying that we discussed the side effects of the birth control being prescribed. the whole appointment was over in about 2 minutes. I had a list of things I wanted to talk to the doctor about healing from having a baby, but she didn't give me time to ask any question before moving on to the next patient. definitely going to find a new dr.

I came 10 minutes early to my appointment and was not seen till about 40 minutes from my scheduled time. It seems they prefer to see current patients over new ones. I even arrived before a couple of them and I was seen last. When I was inside the room, I felt very rushed. I didn’t even have the time to ask my questions and concerns. As a first time mom, I was very nervous and I did not feel welcomed in there at all. Dr. Patel didn’t see any baby and did not even give me any explanations about why that could be? She just showed me pictures of how it should look without explaining. Again, I felt very rushed and unimportant. Basically was a very very short 10 minute appointment. I definitely expected way more support. That whole appointment made me even second guess if I’m even pregnant? I was just told to come back the next day when the radiologist is in so they can see better? I already drove 70 minutes to this location just to have a 10 minute check up. I would not come back here.
