It was rather short, even though I was meeting her for first time to discuss birth control options. She didn’t really discuss the side effects at all, I had to research them after. I was only with her for less than 5 minutes. It felt rushed.

I waited over an hour to be seen. The women at the front desk and medical assistant were all rude. The doctor saw me for 5 minutes and didn’t ask me for any information regarding my medical history. It was the most uncomfortable appointment I’ve ever been in.

As we all know this is always an uncomfortable exam, but i must say dr bekker was very professional and very gentle, she removed a very old iud quickly and painlessly, i would recommend her to anyone who needs a good doctor.

My visit with Dr. Genia Bekker was better than I expected. She is professional, very personable, good listener, etc. I felt so at ease which was a relief for me.
I was able to get a routine exam, sonogram and blood test during my visit, which was so convenient and time-saving. I had a good experience and feeling of accomplishment when I left.
I would highly recommend Dr. Genia Bekker without hesitation. After time-consuming research for a gynecologist, I went with my gut and chose the right one - what more can I say.
