Over the past 25 years, I've had the privilege of working in a variety of clinical settings, including community mental health, hospitals, and private practice. From 2007 to 2024, I dedicated much of my clinical career to college mental health, supporting young adults during a pivotal time in their lives. My areas of clinical interest are diverse, ranging from adjustment and relationship concerns to the 'art' of meaning-making and building resilience. I am particularly passionate about working with underserved populations, including the deaf and hard of hearing, and addressing multicultural issues. I also specialize in enhancing self-esteem and identity exploration. My goal as a clinician is to assist you in developing a healthy lifestyle and effectively managing conflict and stress. I believe that lasting change comes from self-awareness and self-compassion, which we can cultivate together through a collaborative therapeutic relationship that promotes empowerment and respects your self-determination.
